Meditube Extrusions Pty Ltd, was established in 1986 and is a custom manufacturer of medical grade tubing. Our tubing is used to carry fluid to and from the human body, hence, our products are made to the highest of standards.All our medical grade compounds are manufactured in Australia and can be tailor made to suit a customer’s individual requirements, from tint, hardness, gamma stability and choice of plasticizers.
With 30 years experience in custom extrusions, design and manufacture we provide a ‘one stop shop’ in the field of medical tubing extrusion.
From initial discussions to final delivery of product, the customer is involved in every step to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Meditube Extrusions offer medical tubes in a range of materials including PVC, high density polyethylene, polypropylene and K Resin for rigid clear medical grade tubing.
We offer products in cut to length or coil form, cut lengths from 10mm to coil lengths of 400 mtrs, 1.5mm OD to 25mm OD tubing of various wall thickness to custom made HEC (Heat Exchange Coils) oxygen tubing assembled to various lengths – 2.1 mtr, 9.2 mtr and 15 mtr units.
All our tubing is manufactured in our sterile clean room in a dedicated medical manufacturing facility located in Epping, Victoria, Australia.
